We hold ourselves to high standards of integrity, transparency and accountability. If you believe something is wrong, we want to know. Reports made in good faith are protected, and retaliation of any kind is not tolerated.
What you can report
Suspected fraud, corruption or bribery; misuse of funds or assets; conflicts of interest; safeguarding concerns; harassment or discrimination; data-protection breaches; or any breach of our policies or applicable law.
Your protection
Good-faith reporting is protected under the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers (Law No. 06/L-085) and our Whistleblowing & Speak-Up Policy. You will not face retaliation for raising a genuine concern.
Confidentiality
Concerns are handled confidentially and on a need-to-know basis. You may request anonymity; please note that anonymity can limit our ability to investigate or to update you.
What happens next
We acknowledge your report, assess it, and where warranted investigate it impartially and proportionately, taking appropriate action and respecting due process throughout.
You can write to our dedicated integrity address, or by post to our registered seat marked ‘Private & Confidential — Ethics’. Please include as much detail as you can: what happened, who was involved, and when.
