Purpose

To protect the Foundation’s voice, reputation and intellectual property.

Key commitments

  • Only designated spokespersons make official statements.
  • Communications are truthful, lawful and respectful.
  • Beneficiary stories and images are used only with informed consent and protect dignity, especially for children.
  • The Kelmendi name, logo and marks are used per brand guidelines and protected against misappropriation.
  • Official social-media channels are managed by authorised staff; crisis communications are controlled.
