Purpose

To process personal data lawfully, fairly and securely under Law No. 06/L-082 (LPPD), aligned with the EU GDPR.

Key commitments

  • A clear lawful basis is established for each processing activity.
  • Purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy and storage limitation are observed.
  • Privacy notices are provided and valid consent obtained where that is the basis.
  • Data-subject rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — are honoured.
  • Special-category and children’s data receive heightened protection; breaches are notified to the AIP where required.
