  • Merit-based, transparent and non-discriminatory recruitment, with proportionate pre-employment checks.
  • Equal treatment and dignity; no discrimination, harassment or retaliation.
  • Fair performance, disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Lawful pay with taxes and contributions paid correctly; termination only on lawful grounds with due process.
