To protect, account for and prudently steward the Foundation’s assets, reserves and any endowment.

Key commitments

  • All assets are recorded in an asset register, safeguarded and insured as appropriate.
  • The Board sets and reviews a target reserves level to ensure continuity.
  • Investment preserves capital and liquidity first, then seeks reasonable, mission-consistent return.
  • Investments are prudent, diversified and ethically screened.
  • No investment is made in founder-related entities without the related-party process.
