Key commitments

  • Open competition, equal treatment and documented decisions.
  • Need, specification and budget cover are documented before commitment.
  • Suppliers are screened for integrity, sanctions and beneficial ownership where relevant.
  • Evaluation criteria are set in advance; the audit trail is retained.
  • Procurement is never steered to related parties, and splitting purchases to avoid thresholds is prohibited.
