To ensure the Foundation creates, keeps, protects and disposes of records lawfully.

Purpose

To ensure the Foundation creates, keeps, protects and disposes of records lawfully.

Key commitments

  • Records are accurate, complete, secure and retrievable.
  • Statutory records are retained for the periods required by law and good practice.
  • Personal data is retained no longer than necessary, then erased or anonymised.
  • Records are disposed of securely under a documented schedule, subject to any legal hold.
