Purpose

To set the standards of behaviour expected of everyone acting for the Foundation.

Key commitments

  • Integrity and lawfulness, with zero tolerance of bribery or improper advantage.
  • Foundation resources are used only for its purposes; the non-distribution principle is upheld.
  • Respect, dignity and non-discrimination for all; safeguarding of children and vulnerable persons.
  • Conflicts and gifts are declared; confidential and personal information is protected.
  • Only authorised persons speak for the Foundation; breaches are addressed proportionately.

This is a public summary of policy B2 — Code of Conduct & Ethics, part of the Foundation’s board-adopted Policies & Compliance Framework. The full policy document is being finalised for legal verification and Board adoption, and is available on request.
